James Peters, Executive Chair

James served as President of Hadrian from 1997 to January 2018 before transitioning to chair of Hadrian’s Board of Directors. As president, he had oversight of the company’s overall performance, specifically responsible for strategic planning and decision-making. During this time, James and his team led our growth in the U.S. and globally as a leading supplier of toilet partitions and lockers. Prior to that he was VP Finance and Administration at Hadrian, with accountability for all areas of the operation, including finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, production planning, scheduling and purchasing.

James is a Chartered Director and has an MBA from McMaster University and an honours bachelor of science in forestry from Lakehead University. James also serves as chair of the board of the Hamilton non-profit 541 Eatery & Exchange.

Gary Greenway, President and CEO

Gary began his career at Hadrian in 1989 and has held various leadership positions since the early 1990s, including Plant Manager and VP Operations, a position he held for 20 years. Gary has been at the helm for many of the company’s milestones from plant expansions and acquisitions to product development, and numerous production enhancements. He was appointed president in January 2018.

Gary received his MBA from Queen’s University and is executive chair of the Ambassadors Football board.

Robert Snyder, Chief Financial Officer, CPA, CA

Robert joined Hadrian from KPMG and has been an integral part of the finance team for more than 20 years as VP Finance. He is responsible for the overall financial operations of Hadrian and helps the company set and reach short and long-term financial goals, ensuring Hadrian's plans are viable and in line with financial objectives as well as assessing risk and identifying opportunities.

Robert has a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a Chartered Accountant and certified Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jeff Bell, Chief Revenue Officer

Jeff has been with Hadrian since 1993, spending his early years in the plant before moving to customer service where he developed many strong relationships with distributors and sales agents. This deep understanding of our customer base provided the invaluable foundation for the development of Hadrian's unique order booking solution Project Center. Jeff's in-depth industry experience and passion for manufacturing complement his responsibilities overseeing marketing for all our product lines, distribution channels, and sales.

Jeff has a BA from University of Windsor.

Rose Marie Gage (Rose), Independent Director

Recognized by the Canadian Board Diversity Council as one of Canada’s Diversity 50 appointments, Rose has depth of governance and advisory experience garnered from managing strategy across diverse industries and functions for a wide range of enterprises. In her more than 30-year career, she has worked for some of the largest multinationals, including Westinghouse, GE and Schneider. Most recently, she has spent the last seven years focused on the energy, agriculture and co-op sectors. Rose is CEO of Ag Energy Co-operative Ltd., a $50 million energy co-operative that serves Ontario with natural gas and electricity solutions.

Rose is a chartered director and holds an honours bachelor of commerce from McMaster University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Quality leader, the highest quality certification level available.

Douglas has devoted his career to HDR Architecture Group, helping the firm make great things possible, from his first job as an intern architect in 1991 to his current role as president of its worldwide architecture practice. He championed the evolution of non-traditional design and consulting services to keep pace with the challenging and diverse architectural field, and under his leadership, the firm has expanded into Canada, the Middle East, China, Germany and Australia. His commitment to design excellence has created a culture where challenging the status quo, collaboration across disciplines and passion for innovation collide to increase HDR’s design profile.
