Gary Greenway, General Manager

Gary GreenwayGeneral Manager

Gary began his career at Hadrian in 1989 and has held various leadership positions since the early 1990s, including Plant Manager and VP Operations, a position he held for 20 years. Gary has been at the helm for many of the company’s milestones from plant expansions and acquisitions to product development, and numerous production enhancements. He was appointed president in January 2018.

Gary received his MBA from Queen’s University and is executive chair of the Ambassadors Football board.

Jeff Bell, Director, Sales and Marketing

Jeff has been with Hadrian since 1993, spending his early years in the plant before moving to customer service where he developed many strong relationships with distributors and sales agents. This deep understanding of our customer base provided the invaluable foundation for the development of Hadrian's unique order booking solution Project Center. Jeff's in-depth industry experience and passion for manufacturing complement his responsibilities overseeing marketing for all our product lines, distribution channels, and sales.

Jeff has a BA from University of Windsor.

Luke Townsend, Director, Information Technology

Luke TownsendDirector, Information Technology

Luke joined Hadrian in 2015 from a career in automotive manufacturing and retail. An IT leader with broad experience managing projects, applications, software development and infrastructure, he’s a driving force in transforming our IT services to deliver innovative business solutions for our company and our customers. Under his leadership, the IT department has transitioned from a support role to a trusted business partner, optimizing technology and expanding the business into new revenue-generating areas.

Luke has a B.Sc. mathematical science from McMaster.

Kim Mathieson, Director, Human Resources

Kim MathiesonDirector, Human Resources

Kim, a seasoned HR leader and trusted business partner with global experience, joined Hadrian at the start of 2020. Along with her team, she oversees day-to-day human resources operations, talent acquisition, and employee training and development. Prior to joining Hadrian, Kim was at Rockwool Group, developing and leading HR strategy for its North American business units during a period of significant growth. She co-chaired the HR Roundtable for the Milton Chamber of Commerce from 2017-2019 and holds a Certified Human Resources Leader designation.
Kim received her bachelor’s degree from McMaster University with a major in psychology and a post-graduate degree in HR Management from Sheridan College.
